Meet Andrew W. Seibert, J.D.

Andrew Seibert does not just practice law in Arlington. He has called this city home since 1994. Andrew has built his reputation on a simple premise: provide Board Certified legal advocacy with the personal attention that only a boutique firm can offer.
Andrew earned his business degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1989 before graduating from the South Texas College of Law. Admitted to the Texas Bar in 1993, he has spent his entire career in the courtroom. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts.
Away from the courtroom, Andrew is a devoted family man. He and his wife, Edyie, have been married since 1990 and are proud parents to twin sons. Watching their boys grow into adulthood has been his greatest joy, with both now forging their own paths in service. One son is an attorney in Austin, and the other is a nonprofit professional in Denton. When Andrew is not advocating for his clients, he enjoys time with his three dogs: Guinness, Soda, and Luna. You might even spot Luna helping out at the office from time to time.
Known for his sharp wit and his ability to disarm a courtroom, even in the tensest of trials, Andrew brings a level of human connection to complex legal strategy that is rarely found in the industry. Meet Kendra
Office Manager and Paralegal
Kendra is the Office Manager and Paralegal at The Seibert Law Firm, where she has been a valued member of the team for over seven years. She brings prior experience as a case manager in mass tort litigation and is known for her organization, dedication, and supportive approach with clients.
A proud UTA Maverick, Kendra earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminology with a minor in Psychology and later obtained her paralegal certificate from Ashworth College in 2020.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and son.
Meet Scout
Legal Assistant
Scout joined the Seibert Law Firm in August, 2023, and has since gained a wealth of knowledge in the legal field, assisting with Personal Injury and Probate cases as well as Estate Planning.
Coming from a background in Education and Nonprofit Management, Scout is known for her exceptional attention to detail, strong research skills, and ability to work well under pressure. She approaches each case with dedication and believes in building strong relationships with our clients.
When she is not at work, you can find Scout spending time with family, cooking, or organizing her home library.
